The short version
We collect as little as possible, sell nothing, and use your information for exactly one purpose: building and running your website.
What we collect
Contact form: the name, contact details and message you send us, together with the IP address the message came from and the page you sent it from. We use this only to reply and manage your project, and to keep out automated spam.
Phone calls: if you call our sales number, the call is answered by an automated assistant, and the conversation is written down so a person can follow up. You are told this at the start of the call. If you leave a voicemail, the recording and its transcript are stored the same way. Ask us and we delete it.
Demo websites: built from publicly available business information (your listings, your public reviews). If you want a demo removed, one email to info@meetyoursite.com is enough. It comes down promptly.
Payments: handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
This website: no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. We do set one cookie of our own, mys_ref, when you arrive through a link sent to you by one of our team — it lasts 30 days and only records which discount applies to you. We also keep a short log of page visits (page, referrer, IP address, browser) to see whether our own links work.
How long we keep it: project data for as long as you are a customer and up to two years afterwards, so we can answer questions about your site. Call transcripts and voicemails: 12 months. Visit logs: 12 months. Anything you ask us to delete goes sooner.
Sharing
We share data only with the services needed to run your site (hosting, domain registration, payment processing), never for advertising, never sold.
Your rights
Ask us anytime what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it: info@meetyoursite.com. We answer within one business day.
