What we do
MeetYourSite, a service of Umbolement UG (haftungsbeschränkt), designs, builds, hosts and maintains websites for local businesses. We build a free demo first; you only ever pay after approving a finished site.
The monthly plan
$99 a month. Your first payment is taken when you check out, and your site goes live on your domain within one business day.
Plans are genuinely monthly: cancel anytime; billing stops at the end of the paid month. No cancellation fees.
The subscription covers hosting, SSL, business email, and every edit you ask for.
Switching the look of your site (theme, colors) is free at any time, on both plans, before and after you claim it.
While on a monthly plan, the website design and code remain ours; your domain is registered in your name and always remains yours.
Your domain, our hosting: to go live you point your domain at us with one DNS record. We never hold your domain, and you can point it elsewhere at any time. If you would rather not touch DNS, we set it up with you, included.
No copying: on the monthly plan you receive a licence to use the site while you pay, not the files. Copying, downloading, re-hosting or reusing the site or its parts (design, code, images we produced) elsewhere, during or after the plan, is a breach of this licence. For each such breach you agree to pay a contractual penalty equal to the one-time purchase price ($2,990) and to take the copy down; further damages remain reserved. If you want to keep the site, the buyout is always open to you.
Buyout: you may purchase your site outright at any time for $2,990, minus 50% of all monthly fees you have already paid.
If payment stops, the site pauses. We never charge interest or late fees.
Own It (one-time purchase)
A one-time payment of $2,990 transfers full ownership of the site and all files. You can host it wherever you like, or keep it with us. You download your files on your buy page; if you prefer, we hand them to your host or developer and set the site up there once, included. Later changes are quoted as flat-priced requests. Switching the look (theme, colors) stays free. What you own is your finished site (its pages, styles, scripts and images); our building blocks, templates, generators and tools are not part of the sale and stay with us.
Refunds
If we can't launch your site for any reason, you get 100% back. Simple as that.
Beyond that, payments are final and non-refundable: every site is custom-built and adapted specifically for your business, and you only ever pay after approving the finished site. Monthly plans simply end at the end of the paid month when you cancel; past months are not refunded. One-time purchases are final once the site and its files have been delivered.
Fair use & content
You confirm the business information you give us is accurate and yours to use. We may decline content that is unlawful or misleading. Demo sites are unofficial previews, marked as such, and removed on request.
